If your encounter asks for 260 points and you have 180, another 80 are needed: do not prepare your next equipment choice as though the advertised relic were already claimed. The official promotion requires completing the objective to claim the loot. At that point, continue resolving the current encounter and check what you receive afterwards before relying on that reward for the next node.
The published target and this guide’s assumption
An official Google Play promotional image, checked on 31 October 2026, shows a mission asking you to Reach 260 points. A 0 / 260 score indicator is visible below. That establishes the example’s total target; it does not show a run reaching 180.
The value 180 is an assumption for this guide’s arithmetic: imagine that the same target’s counter reached that score. The difference would be 260 − 180 = 80. This is neither an observed result nor an app test.
Read both figures before choosing your move
Check what your current encounter asks and what score it now displays. When reading an indicator of current score against total target, keep those roles distinct:
- The target is the figure you are trying to reach in that encounter.
- The current score is the amount accumulated in that counter.
- A positive difference describes the gap without specifying which piece will earn it.
Under the same assumption, reaching 220 would leave 40; reaching 260 would leave zero against that numerical target. These are conditional calculations, not promised scores. A score of 180 in a mission with a different target requires a different subtraction.
Eighty points remaining does not specify a piece
Adventure Blocks’ public presentation documents placing pieces, completing lines and meeting objectives. It does not publish a complete scoring table from which this guide could guarantee points for each placement. “Another 80” therefore does not become “place two pieces” or “one line is enough.”
Return to the real board on your phone: inspect the available pieces, free space and encounter objective. Arithmetic gives progress context; it does not replace checking a fit or establish that the node is complete. Use the game’s own confirmation to determine the mission outcome.
Choose with owned loot rather than advertised loot
The official screen places the target beside Complete the objective to claim the loot. Its rewards are 10 coins, 45 XP and one relic. That condition supports a concrete decision in the hypothetical 180/260 state: the mission’s numerical objective is not yet reached, so its advertised loot should not be treated as an available resource.
If your plan depended on that relic for the next encounter, continue the current mission first. After completion and the game’s reward confirmation, inspect the inventory and read the received item before deciding whether to equip it. This screen promises one relic without identifying which one; do not build the plan around receiving a particular seal.
Separate two situations. You may already own coins or relics from earlier encounters; this guide does not ask you to ignore or remove them. This mission’s reward remains pending. If reviewing equipment before continuing, base the choice on what your run actually shows as available now, without manually adding the advertised ten coins or assuming an unreceived relic.
Calculating a zero gap does not replace the game’s confirmation either: check the actual outcome before preparing the next node. Subtraction identifies an unfinished objective; it neither claims the reward nor chooses equipment for you.
Keep encounter loot outside the subtraction
The promotion also lists coins, XP and a relic as rewards. Sharing a screen does not make those values additions to the score counter. Our coins and experience guide explains the loot units; this guide concerns progress toward a points target.
The guide to checking the objective before starting covers what to look for on entry. This check helps later, when reading accumulated progress. Always use your current encounter’s objective.
