Before equipping another relic, check what your next mission needs

Choose a relic for its effect on your campaign, rather than its appearance alone. In Adventure Blocks, finding an item and preparing for the next encounter are parts of the adventure. Connect its description with what you want to do in your current game before equipping it.

A real inventory example

The promotional image published on Google Play shows a relic called Hoarder’s seal in the English interface. Its description says it provides more coins and more offers after each node. This concerns resources and choices along the route; that description does not say it clears lines or completes the mission for you.

Separate two questions: what does the item provide, and what does the encounter require? Sometimes you will be planning resources for the route; at other times, understanding the mission condition comes first.

Check these things before equipping

  1. Open the information for a relic available in your game.
  2. Read what changes and when the effect applies.
  3. Check the encounter objective and decide whether that effect fits your plan.
  4. Review the equipment shown in the game after your choice.

Always use the description in your installed version. The English name and official image illustrate a decision, rather than establishing the best relic for every situation.

Resources, objectives and placement are different decisions

More campaign resources do not automatically mean more board points. Obtaining a relic does not replace reading your pieces and mission. If you are unsure what to prioritise, read our encounter objective guide before returning to the inventory.
