Place blocks or guide falling pieces? Choose your next puzzle

In Adventure Blocks you choose where to place pieces to complete lines and the encounter’s objective; in the Tetris described by its official website you direct falling pieces to complete horizontal lines. If you want an Android campaign of nodes, rewards and relics, look at Adventure Blocks. If you prefer moving and rotating falling pieces, consult Tetris. Clearing lines does not make their decisions identical.

What you decide when starting an encounter

Adventure Blocks is an Android block-puzzle videogame. In its campaign you choose a route, enter an encounter and read its objective before placing pieces. Rewards and relics form part of preparation for later encounters; Classic is an independent game focused on score.

For example, the official promotional image shows a mission asking for 260 points. Before choosing a placement, read the objective and board in your own game: that number is an example, not a universal target. Completing lines helps you play the encounter, but this guide does not invent a scoring formula or guaranteed sequence of pieces.

Inside the game: choose which session to open

If you want a standalone round to improve your high score, the official promotional menu presents Classic as a score-focused puzzle. To continue your campaign journey, look for Load Game; New Game matches the intention to start another. Check that the loaded save is the one you want before entering the next encounter. These labels come from an English image and may vary in your version.

A decision with the objective in view

In the official mission image, the encounter asks for 260 points and advertises ten coins, 45 XP and a relic as loot. If your own game shows that objective, keep points as the target and loot as a pending reward: do not add it to your balance before confirmation. The image does not establish which piece will earn the points.

What changes in the comparison

The official Tetris website describes moving, rotating and dropping its pieces to fill horizontal lines; levels make them fall faster. Block Blast on Google Play describes placing blocks on a board and completing rows or columns. These are different products and the descriptions are from their providers; consulted 31 October 2026.

We are not claiming one is easier, better or suitable for everyone. Ask which decision interests you: controlling a falling piece, choosing where a block fits, or continuing a campaign with an objective and route. Your answer may change between sessions.

If you choose to try Adventure Blocks

  1. Check the Google Play listing: it is paid on Android and price, country and compatibility can vary.
  2. Decide whether you want to continue a campaign with a map and encounters or enter Classic for an independent game.
  3. In campaign, read the mission shown for your encounter and consider board space before placing the next piece.
  4. Afterwards review the result and available route in your game; do not count a future reward as obtained before meeting its condition.
