The route pays more: subtract the toll before choosing

Subtract the toll, then look at risk

In the official example, the route advertising 17 gold has a difference of 13 after a toll of 4; the route advertising 14 has 12 after a toll of 2. The advertised reward rises by three gold, but the difference after cost rises by only one. That calculation helps compare Adventure Blocks paths before committing resources.

These values come from a Google Play promotional image checked on October 31, 2026. They are not a universal table or promised earnings: receiving the reward depends on completing what your game requires.

Three options, more than one question

The image shows:

  • Node 1: 2 gold cost, risk 0, reward of 14 gold and 26 experience.
  • Node 2: 4 gold cost, risk 1, reward of 17 gold and 31 experience.
  • Node 3: free, risk 0, reward of 7 gold and 14 experience.

Comparing advertised gold minus toll alone gives 12, 13 and 7. We are not calculating probabilities or converting experience into coins. Nor does the displayed risk number establish a probability of victory. We do not interpret “risk 0” as a guarantee.

Ask yourself: do you want to commit two additional gold for that reward difference, together with the other conditions your game shows? Having four gold available and wanting to spend it are separate decisions.

First check whether the path is available

In that same image, Toll paths is locked because a contract is in progress. The example therefore supports reading and comparing conditions; it does not support selecting a locked route now or bypassing the contract.

When your game offers available paths:

  1. Read the upfront cost and check your resources.
  2. Separate the conditional reward from money you already have.
  3. Compare the gold difference alongside risk, experience and objective.
  4. Review contract conditions before choosing.

Check the example against your game

Read the values in the official promotional image. This is published videogame material, separate from the generated illustrative cover. For the sequence locking that panel, see the astral contract guide.

Use your current campaign values rather than promotional values to decide. The Google Play listing provides current purchase, compatibility and availability details for the Android game.

The cover is a generated conceptual illustration; it does not reproduce a game screen or the game’s actual coins.
