Deleting an adventure does not delete your Classic record: choose what to remove

Decide whether to remove one adventure or start from scratch

Deleting one saved game inside Adventure Blocks does not delete general preferences or the Classic mode record. Clearing all app data in Android has a broader scope. If you only want to remove a particular adventure, do not begin by clearing the entire game’s data.

The public game privacy policy, checked on 31 October 2026, explicitly distinguishes these operations. It also states that saves are local, Android automatic backup is disabled, and the game has no cloud backup or recovery service of its own. This is a decision guide, not a deletion test performed on a save.

Two goals that call for different choices

Imagine you no longer want one campaign but want to keep your Classic record. Your goal is to delete that individual save, using the game’s save manager. Identify the selected adventure and read what your version says before confirming an action. We do not assume a particular button label or confirmation dialog.

Now change the goal: you want to remove all local game data. The policy points to clearing Adventure Blocks data through Android or uninstalling the app. Those are not selective ways to remove a single adventure. If you still want to keep something, that intention does not match removing all data.

Your goalWhat to distinguish before acting
Remove one campaignIndividual deletion in the game save manager; preferences and the Classic record remain.
Continue a campaignLoad the save; deleting it is not required to resume it.
Remove all local dataAndroid’s clear-data option or uninstalling, with the general scope explained in the policy.

A purchase is not a backup of your journey

Adventure Blocks is a paid Android game on Google Play. Commercial availability does not establish a progress restoration service. The policy warns that IliciLabs cannot recover a deleted local save.

Do not delete a save as an experiment to see whether reinstalling brings it back. If you are unsure which save holds your journey, stop before changing it and consult the support details in the product policy. We do not assume manual export, a recycle bin or a recovery window: those features are not documented in the source used here.

Return to the game with a specific decision

If you only wanted to continue playing, read the guide to loading a saved adventure. If you really want to delete it, first identify what you are leaving behind and what you want to keep. The useful distinction is between one adventure, the separate Classic record and all local data in the Android game.
